Baby Steps Echo as baby shark before she had a name #greengirl Baby steps have to start somewhere. I have been so nervous and frankly terrified to put myself out there and really get going on my career. I am going to be using my weekends to intern and shadow an experienced groomer and in the meantime, I need to get my own butt in gear. While up in my area I have decided to dial back the services that I provide. I hope that this will give me a good balance of hands on experience without any unnecessary stress. At this point in the beginning of my career I am on paper a dog groomer but experience wise I feel more like a glorified dog bather. So until I have more practice and confidence, I am going to believe in this method until it works! I will be updating my policies and probably scrapping my grooming menu for the moment. I created it for a dog daycare anyway so it is best. I will be adding a new one shortly which will only include baths, nail trims and minor trimming ...
